Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between the customer ("you") and our company ("we," "us," or "our") for the supply and installation of a combi boiler. By accepting our quotation or proceeding with the installation, you agree to the following terms.

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if additional work is required that was not initially identified during the site assessment. The final quotation covers only the goods and services explicitly listed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property on the agreed installation date. Any delays or additional visits caused by access issues may incur extra charges. It is also your responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions, including those from landlords or managing agents, prior to the installation.

We will carry out the installation using qualified engineers who are Gas Safe registered. While we aim to complete installations within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, supply chain issues, or structural challenges may result in delays. We will communicate any changes promptly.

All installed boilers come with a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to proper use, regular servicing, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. We will register your boiler with the manufacturer and provide the relevant documentation upon completion of the work. Our workmanship is covered by a separate installation guarantee, the terms of which will be provided in writing.

Payment terms require a deposit prior to the start of work, with the balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of work or legal recovery action.

We reserve the right to refuse installation if we discover pre-existing safety issues, non-compliant gas systems, or hazardous conditions. In such cases, we will advise on necessary remedial work, which may be subject to additional charges.

Any cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative and labour costs.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By proceeding with your combi boiler installation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
